What’s the best way to care for my product?
Take good care of your leather, and it will last for many, many years.Â
Leather care is easy! Don’t worry too much, and don’t be afraid to use your items — we promise our products are incredibly resilient, and regular use won’t hurt it. If you think your item looks dirty, dry, or just need a little extra love, pouring a little leather conditioner on a cloth, and rubbing it in like lotion will usually do the trick.
Do you offer custom designs and sizings?
Definitely! If you have a particular design in mind, or a situation you would like the perfect product for, just get in touch! We have a wide range of hardware & leather available, please visit the contact us page and send a message with what you would like made. We will get in touch ASAP.
Can I return or exchange my order?
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations:

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Because of the nature of the manufacturing, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders. This includes made-to-measure harnesses, if you have made a mistake with your sizing please contact me within 24 hours of sending your measurements.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, using tracked postage via Royal Mail, in plain packaging with no hints as to the contents of your package.
You will receive an email once your purchase is dispatched containing your tracking information.
Delivery estimates are as follows;
UK - 2-4 Business Days
Mainland Europe - 7-11 Business Days
Rest of the World -10-14 Business Days
Buyers are responsible for all of their countries import charges, packages returned undelivered with fees will have those fees subtracted from any refund due.
